Philip S. Pesin – Managing Director

An attorney and certified public accountant, Mr. Pesin is the Managing Director of The Sorrento Financial Group, LLC, a private equity group and investment portfolio management firm. Mr. Pesin sits on the board of directors of several large companies and acts as a strategic advisor in mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and tax planning. He is actively involved in his community and sits on the board of directors of his local Boys & Girls Club. Mr. Pesin is a licensed attorney in California and the District of Columbia, and holds a Master of Laws degree from The Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Arizona
